Able to Pass Level 2 Screening

Job Description:
Travel/Drive to facilities.
Conduct psychotherapy assessments, screening protocols, neuropsychological testing, make recommendations for non-pharmacological interventions and provide talk therapy.
Receive and respond to calls from facilities assigned to you. No formal on-call duty.
Round on patients, collaborating with family & staff as appropriate.
Complete documentation and notes timely.
Meet productivity and encounter requirements daily.
