Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is focused on helping individuals transition from hospital to skilled nursing and eventually home or to an assisted living. Our skilled team of providers achieve this through actively listening to concerns, medication management, and individualized treatment plans for each patient. Licensed Psychologist in FL

NPI Number

Able to Pass Level 2 Screening

Verifiable Employment References

Excellent verbal & written communication and computer skills Required

Must be organized, efficient and a patient advocate.

Job Description:

Travel/Drive to facilities.

Conduct psychotherapy assessments, screening protocols, neuropsychological testing, make recommendations for non-pharmacological interventions and provide talk therapy.

Receive and respond to calls from facilities assigned to you. No formal on-call duty.

Round on patients, collaborating with family & staff as appropriate.

Complete documentation and notes timely.

Meet productivity and encounter requirements daily.

Salary: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
