Follow our Steps of Service to provide a five-star experience

Guide the guest through recommendations, features, and a deep understanding of severe allergies/aversions.

Provide our style of service: Polished casual with vacation vibes!

Proactively maintain and keep the restaurant noticeably clean

Candidate Requirements

Ability to stand on your feet and navigate the restaurant for the entirety of the shift

Ability to carry full food and drink trays

Ability to reach, bend, and lift 20 lbs.

Ability to retain menu product, food, and allergen knowledge

A positive mental attitude

Pace & Intensity to keep up with the shift

Minimum 3 years of NYC serving experience

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
