Job Description
Provide shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory, materials, supplies, parts, and equipment at the assigned facilities.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and/or shipment according to established procedures and customer requirements.
Receive materials and finished goods daily, verifying the quality, type, and amount of materials received are correct with appropriate documentation.
Safely operate distribution equipment as required.
Complete training requirements and operate within standards pertaining to site distribution, including Control of Documents and Quality Policy.
Interact with internal personnel and maintain good communication and customer service skills.
Recognize deviations from accepted practices and ensure consistency in routine work situations.Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required.
0-2 years of related experience.
Ability to consistently follow policies, procedures, and meet schedules.
Capability to operate powered industrial trucks and equipment at various heights.
Basic computer skills to navigate ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in logistics.
Experience operating powered industrial equipment is helpful.

Work Environment
The role is based in a distribution center with some time required in a clean room. The shift is Sunday-Thursday from 10pm-6:30am. Work involves highly repetitive tasks with physical demands such as walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50lbs. The noise level is moderate to high, and flexibility in working varying schedules, hours, and overtime is needed. Occasional local travel may be required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.10 - $23.10/hr.
