Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
This position involves working in various areas within the warehouse, including picking empty bins from production lines and replenishing supplies. The role requires lifting 25-30 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day. Responsibilities include pulling orders with an RF Scanner, performing packaging duties, and filling material demands of internal and external customers. You will also be responsible for accurately performing and transacting inventory movements using a computerized inventory control system and following FIFO practices.
Responsibilities
Perform domestic and international shipping activities.
Package and stock finished goods items.
Interface with Customer Service, Technical Service, and delivery personnel.
Fill and transact work orders, purchase orders, and sales orders.
Perform cycle counts.
Replenish flow line materials and receive completed devices.
Transact inventory movements using inventory control system.
Fill independent demands for material requisitions.
Ensure FIFO is followed for all transactions.
Perform other tasks as assigned.Essential Skills
2 years of minimum warehouse experience.
Experience with RF scanners or any SAP/ERP systems.
Computer experience required.
Shipping and receiving, packaging, pallet jack, and order picking skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in inventory control and warehouse activities.
Electric pallet lift certification.
ERP/Microsoft AX experience.
Multi courier shipping system data entry and reporting experience.
International shipping documentation experience.
Medical device experience.
Lot/serial control experience.
Experience with lean methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Environment
The work environment is within a medical device company that is clean and well-organized. Team members rotate weekly between main areas such as kit building, shipping, and receiving to keep tasks varied and engaging. Mondays and Fridays are dedicated to cycle counting.
The pay range for this position is $20.80 - $20.80/hr.
