Position Overview:

This is a high-performance, high-income role. As a Sales Canvasser, you’ll go door-to-door, inspect roofs, and close deals on the spot. Canvassing experience in the roofing industry is required. This is a great opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Knock doors and generate qualified roofing leads

Educate homeowners on storm damage, insurance claims, and repair options

Perform roof inspections and document findings

Present solutions and close sales on-site

Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Represent Hercules with professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

Must have prior canvassing experience in the roofing industry

Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting residential roofs

Strong communication and persuasive selling skills

Driven, competitive, and results-oriented

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:

Aggresive compensation and Bonus Plan

Earning potential: $100,000 – $350,000+ per year
