What You'll Do:

As our Financial Analyst, you'll be the go-to person for budgeting, forecasting, and financial storytelling that guides executive decision-making. You'll work closely with various departments, support the CFO, and be a key contributor in shaping financial strategy and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Annual Forecasting Process and provide monthly variance updates

Deliver insightful financial analysis and recommendations to leadership

Build and maintain dynamic financial models, forecasts, and scenario planning tools

Analyze operational and financial data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities

Create dashboards and reports that support strategic initiatives and real-time decision-making

Partner with cross-functional teams like sales, procurement, and operations

Perform ad hoc financial modeling to support leadership and the CFO directly

Conduct market benchmarking and research to evaluate performance and competitiveness

What You Bring:

3+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar analytical field

Strong experience in SQL, Power BI, and Advanced Excel

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Compensation:

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
