About the role

As an Appointment Setter at WarriorBabe, you play a crucial role in helping women take the first step toward transforming their health and confidence. Your work goes beyond simply scheduling calls-you're connecting with individuals ready to start life-changing fitness journeys. By engaging and qualifying leads, you help open the door to a supportive community and personalized coaching that empowers women to feel strong, confident, and unstoppable. Your role truly makes a meaningful impact on their path to wellness and personal growth.

What you'll do

Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by WarriorBabe.

Qualify potential clients by asking key questions about their fitness goals and needs.

Schedule appointments for Enrollment Advisors (Closers) with interested prospects.

Follow up with leads to confirm and reduce no-shows.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Communicate daily with the team via Slack and sales huddles.

Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.

Represent WarriorBabe's supportive and empowering brand in every interaction.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with base pay starting at $1,000/month upon completion of onboarding, plus 1.5%-3% commission and monthly bonuses based on total cash collected.
