What You'll Do:

Lead the design, architecture, and development of .NET applications.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.

Guide and mentor developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical support.

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

Ensure seamless integration of .NET applications with databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and third-party systems.

Implement security best practices, such as authentication, and data encryption.

Manage the integrity, and changes to the application development servers and databases.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET application development, 2+ years of experience in a technical lead role.

Proficiency in .NET technologies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC, Web API).

Proficiency in SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and ETL processes.

Experience with data manipulation, reporting tools, and creating ad hoc reports.

Experience designing and managing data warehouses.

Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize database performance.

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in banking/financial industry.

Certification in Microsoft .NET

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in application development.

Understand the concepts of account owners, beneficiaries, and trusts.
