Newforma is a leading technology company headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire. Since its establishment in 2003, we have been dedicated to serving the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner (AECO) industry.

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Boston, MA. This newly created position will report to the Director of FP&A and will play a key role in building tools to make recommendations and support strategic decision-making in high-growth scenarios.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning

Assist in preparing detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Analyze financial performance by comparing actuals against budget/forecast, and provide variance analysis with actionable insights

Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance

Partner with business units to understand key drivers, trends, and risks

Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts

Conduct ad hoc analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives

Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Participate in preparation of board presentations and executive briefings

Requirements for the position include:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

2-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance

Strong Excel modeling skills

Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) and reporting tools

Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements

Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Minimum 10% travel as needed for company and team events.

Nice to have qualifications for this position include:

Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and any FP&A software
