Job Title: IT Coordinator - Projects and Infrastructure
Location: Denver, Colorado
Department: Information Technology
Reports To: Director of Information Technology
Pay Range: $65,000 to $85,000
Job Summary: The IT Projects and Infrastructure Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects and assist in managing the company's IT infrastructure. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to ensure the smooth operation and successful delivery of IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and management of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems administrators, network engineers, and help desk personnel.
Support the implementation and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, physical security, and audio-visual systems.
Assist with the monitoring of IT systems and infrastructure to ensure security, reliability, and performance.
Assist in managing infrastructure and coordinating the procurement of equipment and services for projects.
Track project progress, identify risks, and report issues to the IT management team.
Develop and maintain support documentation for installed systems.
Act as a Tier 2 support escalation point for the help desk.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or related certifications in Information Technology.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
Experience with Active Directory, PowerShell, and Scripting.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of ethernet low voltage cabling practices.
Experience with Network Switches, Access Point, CCTV, and Audio-Visual equipment is a plus.Working Conditions:
Full-time in our Denver Headquarters office with on-call responsibilities.
Requires occasional travel for site assessments and systems installations.
Remote work options after successful completion of initial probationary period.
