Class B Driver Trainee

Your Responsibilities:

Ensure that health and safety are prioritized by adhering to all safe work practices, policies, and procedures.

Complete scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups punctually.

Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer locations.

Accurately complete all required documentation and labeling.

Generate and collect leads for new products and services from customers.

Promote and sell additional products and services to existing accounts.

Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Safely operate vehicles per U.S. DOT, local, and state requirements.

Follow all corporate operating guidelines and observe environmental health and safety protocols.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Obtain a CDL B within 180 days of employment (company paid).

Acquire Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 30 days of obtaining your CDL B.

Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.

Basic computer and math skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good problem-solving abilities.

Physical capability to perform job requirements.

Successful completion of a background check, drug test, and physical as required by the position.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills.

Experience driving commercial routes (Class C or non-CDL).
