Responsibilities
Define program and project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term strategic goals and priorities.
Develop detailed project plans to track progress and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to design scalable solutions that meet business needs and satisfy company/client requirements.
Lead the implementation and operationalization of cruise partner initiatives in line with ONE's strategic objectives.
Strategize, implement, and maintain cruise and tour partner initiatives, ensuring they align with ONE's overarching goals.
Establish regular communication with senior management to report on project status, risks, and timelines.
Build and sustain trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients.
Develop and optimize communication processes for both internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet client expectations and internal targets.
Collect data and generate reports to provide insights and inform future strategies.
Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while guiding project teams to successful completion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing complex projects across multiple teams.
Expertise in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, and quality, with preferred experience in risk and critical path management.
Proven track record in driving client-facing initiatives that significantly contribute to business success.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with critical thinking abilities and a proactive approach.
Proficiency in standard project management tools, especially Smartsheet, preferred.
Adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
