We are hiring for Sr. Construction Manager in Fort Morgan CO (must be Onsite)
The Sr. Construction Manager (Sr. CM) is responsible for all technical aspects of telecommunications equipment deployment and ASP (Approved Service Provider) management at assigned job sites or venues. This role encompasses oversight from site feasibility through project completion, ensuring compliance with Ericsson and customer standards, timelines, safety, and budgetary requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Deployment
Evaluate site feasibility for telecommunications deployment.
Recommend/select suppliers and determine material distribution.
Plan and schedule construction phases, monitor milestones, and revise schedules as needed.
Represent Ericsson in venue reviews, customer inspections, and safety audits.
Ensure construction is executed to scope and quality standards.
Execution Oversight
Identify and validate scope items with RF design and suppliers.
Coordinate site access and manage installation sequences.
Conduct audits and ensure adherence to EHS safety standards.
Determine construction readiness and verify completion before handoff.
Issue Resolution & Risk Mitigation
Identify potential roadblocks early and create mitigation plans.
Resolve access issues and report material deficiencies.
Continuously assess job status and address deviations proactively.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with Customer Project Managers and Remote Construction Managers.
Prepare and deliver project status updates and quality reports.
Coordinate with internal departments including Supply, Sourcing, and Business Operations.
Interface with customers, government officials, and property owners.
IBCM (Integrated Build Construction Manager) Support Responsibilities
Perform feasibility walks and schedule access with venues.
Analyze and develop SOW and BOM in conjunction with RF teams.
Evaluate site design and routing using iBwave and other tools.
Coordinate crews, schedule material deliveries, and manage site logistics.
Monitor safety, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years in the telecommunications or construction industry
Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant trade or technical certifications
Technical Expertise:
MCA Small Cell RAN systems (DOT, PDAS, ODAS)
RF collaboration and solution optimization
Construction scope estimation and management
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with permitting, zoning, and leasing
Budget management and contract knowledge
Field experience in both large/small venue projects
Experience with Ericsson equipment preferred
