Flow Trader - Fixed Income

Our Client is an independent financial services firm, due to internal growth they are currently seeking an experienced Flow Trader to execute trades across fixed income, equities, and options

Your role:

Execute trades across various asset classes while optimizing performance and adhering to risk parameters.

Process trade orders from internal sales teams and ensure timely settlement.

Maintain accurate records including trade rotation, best execution, and error resolution.

Work closely with senior traders, brokers, and investment professionals.

Support initiatives to improve trading desk efficiency, compliance, and performance.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative market analysis to support strategy execution.

Leverage trading systems (Bloomberg, NetX360, etc.) to enhance execution and reporting.

Remain current on market trends, regulatory changes, and trading technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Advanced degree or CFA a plus).

5–7 years of trading, financial services operations, or client service experience.

Previous experience in fixed income trading required.

Series 7 license required.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Strong knowledge of financial markets and compliance practices.
