Description:

We are seeking a Design and Drafting Engineer to join our growing team! In this dynamic position, you will contribute to all phases of project design and execution — from conducting field/site measurements to creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings for manufacturing and installation. You’ll work closely with our Project Management, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to ensure that customized solutions are accurately designed, documented, and implemented in the field.

Responsibilities not limited to

Perform field engineering tasks including on-site measurements and assessments.

Create and manage precise 2D and 3D drawings to support manufacturing and installation.

Convert field measurements into production and installation-ready documents.

Support the Project Management team with accurate and timely technical drawings.

Collaborate with Regional Managers and Applications Engineers during the quoting and submittal process.

Assist with bill of materials preparation and design components for active projects.

Participate in installation processes when needed.

Support R&D through drawing and design support.

Ensure compliance with site-specific safety, training, and access requirements.Requirements:

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Drafting & Design Technology or related field (Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other STEM).

1–2 years of experience with AUTODESK products including AutoCAD and Inventor.

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to perform physical fieldwork and site measurements.

Understanding of technical drawings, fabrication, and equipment design.

Familiarity with 3D scanning and design tools is a plus.

Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
