We are seeking a paralegal, legal assistant, or paralegal student to join our mission-driven team. If you are a proactive problem solver with strong drafting skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for supporting families, this role is for you.

Our firm specializes in special needs planning, estate planning, and guardianship, with a strong focus on client-centered service and community support.
About the Role
As a member of our legal support team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You’ll assist attorneys by managing drafting, document review, client communication, and case coordination—ensuring families feel informed, cared for, and confident every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal documents including wills, trusts, special needs trusts, deeds, and powers of attorney
Review and edit documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist attorneys with scheduling and client communication
Maintain and organize client files with precision
Communicate with clients to collect information and provide updates
Use legal technology tools (Clio preferred) to streamline workflows
Requirements

Estate Planning Experience – Highly preferred, but not required
Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $56,000 – $65,000 per year, based on experience
$1,500 Signing Bonus:
$500 at 30 days;
$500 at 60 days;
$500 at 90 days and successful completion of the probationary period.
