We are seeking an experienced Process Modeling Engineer with deep expertise in SAP and Signavio to support a strategic IT Asset Management (ITAM) program. This role focuses on process modeling, analysis, and optimization using BPMN 2.0 and requires a strong background in Business Process Management (BPM). The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying process inefficiencies and driving improvements across complex enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

Develop and analyze process models for the ITAM program using Signavio and BPMN 2.0.

Work closely with business process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and process insights.

Design current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process flows.

Break down complex business operations into detailed process hierarchies and tasks.

Apply BPM methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency and support business objectives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide strategic recommendations based on process analysis.

Prepare and deliver clear documentation and presentations to stakeholders.

Must Have Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in SAP.

9+ years of relevant work experience in process modeling or business process engineering.

Proven experience with Signavio for process modeling and optimization.

Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, process mapping, and process analysis techniques.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
