Description:

About broadhead:

At broadhead, we believe bold ideas create meaningful impact. We work with clients who are transforming the way we live and work, and we pride ourselves on being a smart, collaborative team that gets things done and makes a difference.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a seasoned Creative Operations guru to be the linchpin connecting creative talent with business needs. This leader partners closely with Account, Creative, Public Relations and Strategy leads to anticipate project needs, shape scopes and timelines, and cast the right team for every assignment.

This role ensures we are utilizing the full range of creative and content resources across the agency — bringing the right people into the room at the right time to drive exceptional outcomes. It's equal parts operational excellence, resource orchestration, and strategic partnership. Your deep understanding of content production, creative process and earned and owned media will help us deliver on seamless, powerful storytelling that drives results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first operational partner for Account Service — shaping scopes, project plans, and resource needs before projects kick off.

Collaborate with Department leads to anticipate creative and content demands across all clients and disciplines.

Lead the casting process — ensuring the right mix of creative, production, and content talent is assigned to every initiative.

Strong working knowledge of Adobe, ChatGPT and related AI platforms, helping to manage their usage in everyday operations.

Work with department leads to manage bandwidth, forecast capacity, and proactively identify gaps or bottlenecks.

Evolve and maintain operational frameworks that support agility, quality, and speed-to-market.

Identify opportunities to better leverage agency-wide capabilities — ensuring no talent is underutilized and every solution is future-focused.

Build strong relationships across teams and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creative excellence.

Serve as a champion for operational best practices across creative and content disciplines.

Oversee a growing team to create breakthrough creative content and campaigns across a range of social, digital, and potentially traditional mediums.

Consult on all larger productions and consumer activations.

Perform other duties as assigned to meet the changing needs of the agency.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in creative operations, integrated production, resource management, or similar roles within an agency or creative organization.

Proven experience leading resource planning, team casting, and operational design for creative teams.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to think both strategically and tactically — balancing the big picture with day-to-day demands.

Excellent communicator and collaborator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Passionate about creativity, storytelling, and operational excellence.

Experience in production across a variety of disciplines from traditional, digital, social and experiential.

Why Broadhead:

At broadhead, you’ll find a place where bold thinking is celebrated, hard work is rewarded, and people come first. We offer a dynamic, inclusive culture where your voice is heard, your talents are valued, and your growth is a priority.

Compensation Details:

We are a hybrid work company (3 days/week in-office, 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead) with Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching.
