Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Prep. Technician to join our molding team in Sealy, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing molds for production, ensuring they are clean and properly set up for the molding process. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Prepare molds for production by cleaning and setting them up according to specifications

Assist with the molding process as needed

Inspect molds for any defects or damage

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in a manufacturing or molding environment preferred

Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
