Position Summary:
Designs, documents, tests, creates or modifies computer programs related to machine operating systems
Recommends, designs, implements, and supports services for technologies utilized by the organization
Manages active directory functions to include employee onboarding and email configuration/support
Coordinates with third party providers for outsourced IT operations
Evaluates documented resolutions and conducts root cause analysis to identify and remediate repetitive issues
Generates technical procedures and user guides
Maintains IT assets in a ready state for issuance and tracking (IT asset management)
Improves customer service, perception, and satisfaction
Works in a team environment and communicates effectively
Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, motivation, and attention to detail
Maintains strong information technology and analytical skills
Prioritizes a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines
Has availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues if they arise
Manages projects efficiently and effectively
Has excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Has Patience and professional demeanor with a can-do attitude
Has experience with Mac and iOS devices in addition to Windows Server and desktop OS environments
Demonstrates and maintains a consistent professional appearance, image, behavior, speech, attitude, ethics, and integrity and consistently represents the CTB Brand
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum five years of progressive information technology experience in a banking environment
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information system, or related field; CCNA, CCNP, MTA, or related certifications is a plus
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
Extensive technical working knowledge and solid understanding of general banking, policies, practices, industry and related procedures and specific understanding of the FIS Horizon core banking system and its ancillary products
Expert level written and verbal communication and diplomacy skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, persuasively, informatively, tactfully, and effectively, work across all levels of the organization
Possess intermediate skills and experience working with firewalls, switches, servers, VPN solutions, backup solutions, Microsoft 365, building and managing on-premises and cloud active directory infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to use accurate and consistent judgement, discretion, and reasoning, as well as, make sound business decisions, comprehend and follow directions and instructions
Highly resourceful team player with excellent presentation, interpersonal, relationship building, leadership, organizational, and in-depth supervisory skills are essential
Must be a self-starter who is self-motivated and directed with the ability to resolve compliance problems, produce accurate and organized work with minimum supervision, handle multiple tasks
Goal-oriented with the ability to produce quality results, meet all established goals, objectives, deadlines, and expectations
Ability to comply with all bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws
Excellent quality customer service and telephone skills with a genuine interest in serving customers and the ability to collaborate and build good cross-functional business relationships
Outgoing and trustworthy with the ability to effectively handle and maintain confidential matters
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high performance and changing environment, and must be able to adapt to change
Must be able to demonstrate and maintain a positive composure and consistently demonstrate professional appearance, demeanor, image, and consistently represent the CTB brand
Ambitious with a strong work ethic and high integrity, positive behavior, ability to both work independently and as a part of a team in a collaborative environment, detailed oriented with excellent time management and strategic planning skills

Ability to travel to all bank locations as needed
