Are you a tenacious advocate with a passion for resolving or trying disputes? Katie Charleston Law, PC, a firm practicing nationwide in federal and state courts (CA, NV, TX, FL, IN), seeks a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our growing team.Compensation:

$92,000 - $110,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs

Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects

Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence

Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings

Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staffQualifications:

Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed

Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm

Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus

Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervisionAbout Company
