What you will do
Lead the SE team in designing and building the largest offshore substation
Shape and promote the SE strategy within the company and project teams
Participate in Verification & Validation (V&V) processes to ensure project standards are met
Work with the Infra Project Management Team on complex infrastructure projects
Collaborate with different teams to ensure integrated project solutions
Responsible for the full EPC of projects

What you already have
A higher vocational/university degree ( HBO/WO ) in a relevant field
At least five years of experience in Systems Engineering
Motivation to promote SE practices and involve colleagues from various technical disciplines, which helps create a cohesive team environment
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written, so you can work efficiently with team members and stakeholders
A proactive approach, allowing you to identify and solve problems effectively
Experience in developing and managing requirements databases (e.g., Relatics)
