Job Description

Salary: $22 an hour

PFP Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in Council Bluffs, IA!

Schedule:

1st shift: Monday through Friday (6:00AM - 2:00PM)

Saturday availability required*

Our Warehouse Supervisor will:

Ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food and non-food products.

Coordinating daily operations during their shift (distribute tasks and oversee daily workload)

Oversee training for new staff members

Engage in routine problem-solving to navigate employees, customer requests, and workload fluctuations

Holding accountability with employees

Managing workflow and optimizing production

Document daily site activity

Build a positive workplace culture

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis

Ability to exert force to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects

Must have reliable transportation and means of contact

Must be comfortable working in a cold storage facility
