We seek a dynamic Recruiter who is passionate about high-volume recruiting and wants to deliver an outstanding candidate experience for our Dallas office in the Oaklawn area.

The Job:

Compliance: All recruiting interactions MUST be entered into the applicant tracking system at all times.

High-Volume: You will make consistent calls daily, screening candidates and setting them up for interviews.

Buy-in: You will speak with hiring managers daily in person, updating them on job requisitions and candidates.

Offers: You will work with the HR team to create offers and make offers to candidates.

Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize requisitions according to requested needs.

Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process.

Qualifications:

4-8 years of related recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.

Past applicant tracking system use is required. JazzHR knowledge is a plus.

Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Legal industry knowledge is a plus but not a must.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred for this role but not required.

Total Compensation Package:

Excellent Bonus structure paid annually
