Position Overview
This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in staff management, recruitment, and Help Desk/Service Desk operations. Candidates should have at least five years of experience, including two years of specialized expertise, and a relevant bachelor's degree. One or more certifications, such as MTA, MCSA, MSCE, or Apple Certified Support Professional, are required. The ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance is essential, with ITIL v3 or higher certification preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related disciplines are required.
Five (5) years of experience, of which at least two (2) years must be specialized.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
Specialized experience to include staff management, recruitment, and retention, Help Desk / Service Desk management
Required are one or more of the following (or current equivalent):
MTA: Microsoft Technology Associate
MCSA: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
MSCE: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert
Apple Certified Support Professional
Certified Associate in Project Management"
Preferred Qualifications
Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) v3 or higher
