Job Description
At Leaseweb, we’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Account Manager to grow our customer base and drive revenue. You’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities to support our customers’ hosting needs. You’ll work directly with decision-makers and key stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, all while contributing to the overall success of our sales team.
What You’ll Do
Proactively manage and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell at both tactical and strategic levels
Independently lead complex RFP processes and large-scale sales efforts
Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet client needs and exceed revenue goals
Provide consultative advice, understanding customer challenges and proposing hosting solutions
Follow up on inbound leads and outbound opportunities, generating quotes, negotiating deals, and closing sales
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success
Maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
What You Bring
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, hosting, or cloud services (3 years preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders
Strategic thinker with an eye for opportunity, able to balance revenue growth with customer satisfaction
A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of metrics such as margin share, win rates, customer churn, and satisfaction
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
