Location: Dothan, AL

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 based on experience

What You'll Do:

Answer customer calls and assist with scheduling, inquiries, and service coordination

Dispatch HVAC technicians for service and maintenance calls

Maintain and update customer records and technician schedules

Sell or renew maintenance contracts over the phone

Keep calm and organized during high-volume times (especially when the heat is on!)

Work closely with the whole team to ensure every job is a job well done

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

Customer service experience preferred

Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills

A positive, proactive attitude—you get things done without being micromanaged

Comfort with computers and scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus!)

Knowledge of the Dothan area or map-reading skills are a bonus

Must be a team player—we rely on each other to succeed

Ability to commute to Dothan, AL reliably
