Job Description
• Proficiently prepare and cut various types of meat, including brisket, ribs, sausage, and other BBQ meats, by following established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.
• Adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols in handling, storing, and cutting meat to ensure the highest levels of food safety and sanitation in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly sanitized to optimize efficiency and safety during meat cutting.
• Communicate effectively with other staff members to fulfill customer orders, maintain an organized workflow, and ensure a smooth operation in the meat block area.
• Provide excellent hospitality by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and addressing concerns or issues in a polite and professional manner.
• Ability to complete tasks asked for by the management team.
