End-to-end customer communication. Following up on proposals. Maintaining communication with customers through all phases of a project- design, proofing, permitting and even helping schedule installation.
Customer satisfaction- answer calls, respond to email and generally make our clients feel welcome and in good hands.
Coordinating with Sales, Installation and Production Teams to order needed materials for each project, as well as for the business as a whole.
Learn and utilize Corebridge system for inputting and tracking estimates and orders.
Utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to manage inquiries and projects on a daily basis.
Obtain required permits from cities and counties where needed
Client follow-up, ensuring that we are communicating with both potential clients and existing clients on a regular basis
