Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Fabricator to oversee and execute the fabrication of structural steel components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel fabrication, supervisory experience, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of fabricators, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.

Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.

Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, including welding machines, cutting tools, and more.

Ensure compliance with LA City certification standards and safety regulations.

Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience.
