Pay Range: $22 - $30 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Auto Glass Technician

Automotive Glass Replacement: Expertly replace and repair automotive glass on a variety of vehicles.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets industry and company standards for safety and excellence.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer questions and explaining procedures clearly.

Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Documentation: Accurately record services performed and materials used.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years experience in automotive glass replacement.

License: Valid Driver’s License.

Screening: Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
