Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our logistics team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of retail orders from shipment initiation to final delivery. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing transportation management systems and coordinating with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment processes. Additionally, this role will oversee warehouse activities, inventory control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the timely and accurate processing of order movements, including shipment ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices), BOLs (Bill of Lading), and other related documentation, from inception to delivery.

Utilize retail transportation management systems to coordinate shipments, monitor progress, and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records for retail order processing and fulfillment to prevent stock discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.

Resolve issues related to damaged goods, delivery discrepancies, or any other retail and consumer order problems in a prompt and efficient manner.

Collaborate closely with team members, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and other departments to ensure on-time and complete distribution.

Oversee warehouse activities, ensuring proper organization of goods, inventory control, and the efficient management of products in storage.

Ensure all logistics and warehouse operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Retail Logistic processing experience with NetSuite, SPS Commerce, Retail Link and TMS Supplier Hub

ASN and BOL Creation Experience

Working knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics scheduling

Strong understanding of inventory control and inventory auditing practices.

Proven experience in order fulfillment, order tracking and documentation

Excellent data analysis skills to assess logistics performance metrics.

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.

The base salary range for this position is $35,360, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
