Cardiology - Heart Failure and Transplant Physician

Practice Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient

Coverage: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

EMR System: Epic

Patients per shift: 5-13 Board Certified: Yes - Required License Requirements: Must be licensed in WA

Description:

C overage need is immediate, so will only look at WA licensed providers at this time.

Schedule is 7 days inpatient, one week a month.

Scheduled week is variable

Shifts are Tuesday 7a Tuesday 7a

Night call will likely result in provider being called back into facility

ACLS and BLS are required

Heart failure experience is required and a fellowship would be ideal. Required Scope of Practice:

Heart biopsy Invasive cardiology Interventional

Angioplasty PTCA

Intracoronary stent placement

Atherectomy
