JOB TITLE: Coordinator JOB LOCATION: Dulles, VA WAGE RANGE*: 26.00-28.00 per hour JOB NUMBER: 14846893 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, HR, Talent Acquisition, or an administrative or data entry role.

Experience with email systems and Microsoft Office suite tools (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel), electronic collaboration tools, and video conferences JOB DESCRIPTIONEngage with key stakeholders as a coordinator to align with the recruitment strategies and hiring needs Assign recruiters to new requisitions Schedule phone, in-person and/or video conferencing interviews for managers based on the manager and candidate availability Send confirmation emails to recruiters, managers.

and candidates outlining the interview details Process domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations Process reimbursements for candidate expenses according to internal processes and policies Data management and tracker maintenance Managing multiple calendars at a time, within Outlook or other platforms Performs additional administrative duties as required Working with teams across all US time zones Desired Skill Sets: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Prior work experience as a Human Resources specialist/administrator Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in a high volume, fast-paced environment Possess strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills Able to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment Ability to utilize HR systems such as Workday Ability to understand and comply with Raytheon policies and procedures and Security functions Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and perform under pressure with accuracy Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of teams and individuals across an organization Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information with discretion and a high level of trust Equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities * While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
