UIUX Designer Location: Madison, WI Client: State of WI 100% Remotely (within the state of WI) Top Required Skills & Years of Experience: Experience as a lead designer in an development project, preferably involving modernization of technology, as well as working with a cross-functional team to redesign and simplify UX and workflows to meet modern application design standards, using a material design library and component framework, such as MudBlazor - 2 years experience.

Experience creating wireframes/prototypes and iterating over them with cross-functional stakeholders - 4 years experience.

Experience creating personas and testing designs against the personas - 4 years experience.

Knowledgable of modern code implementations, US web design standards, and product strategy - 4 years experience.

Nice to Have Skills: Experience working within Agile principles and processes - 2 years Experience using MudBlazor material design library - 1 year.
