Key Responsibilities: SAP HCM Lead Consultant We are seeking a seasoned SAP HCM Consultant with a strong background in implementing and supporting SAP Human Capital Management solutions within the education sector.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in configuring SAP HCM modules to meet the unique HR needs of educational institutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing HR processes.

Key Responsibilities SAP HCM Implementation & Configuration: Lead the deployment and customization of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), Benefit Administration and Employee Self-Service (ESS), tailored to the education sector's requirements.

Education Sector Expertise: Apply knowledge of educational HR processes, such as teacher contracts, academic staff scheduling, and student-teacher ratios, to configure SAP HCM solutions effectively.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams, school administrators, and IT departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with institutional goals.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that SAP HCM configurations adhere to educational regulations and standards, and generate reports for audits and compliance purposes.

Training & Support: Provide training to HR personnel and end-users on SAP HCM functionalities, and offer ongoing support to resolve issues and optimize system usage.

System Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance SAP HCM processes to improve efficiency, user experience, and data accuracy.

? Qualifications & Experience Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with SAP HCM modules, with at least 2 years of experience in the education sector.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, PY, ESS), with experience in system configuration and troubleshooting.

Certifications: SAP HCM certification is preferred.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
