Data Collection Analyst II

Join Leidos as a Data Collection Analyst II. In this role, you will be a vital part of the team supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), which is dedicated to providing essential command and control for the Defense Information System Network (DISN) across the Department of Defense (DoD) and national security organizations.

Position Overview:

As a Data Collection Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing the success of the DISA Global Operations Center (DGOC) mission. Your expertise in applying mathematical and statistical methods will be crucial in collecting, organizing, interpreting, and summarizing data to deliver actionable insights that are aligned with Global Solutions Management-Operations (GSM-O) II contract objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and report on contractual performance standards and manage the trouble ticket lifecycle in a dynamic 24/7 Operations Center.

Collaborate effectively within the Data Collection Services team to ensure all processes and procedures are consistently monitored and followed.

Work with moderate supervision to analyze workflow efficiencies, identify areas for improvement, and assist in developing process enhancements for optimal performance.

Support operational practices by monitoring, updating, and analyzing ticket queues to ensure clarity of next steps and fulfillment of contract performance goals.

Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests from team leads, providing timely and accurate information.

Utilize report data to pinpoint routine problems and recommend corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications:

- Must currently possess an active Secret security clearance.

- A foundational understanding of IT ticketing processes, applications, and Data Analytics is required.

Education and Experience:

- A high school diploma and 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $34,450.00 - $62,275.00. This range is a general guideline and is subject to variation based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, and experience.
