Job Overview:
The Fulfillment/Kitting Supervisor provides quality and efficient service to customers by leading fulfillment team members in daily operations, including kitting, directing, motivating, recognizing, coaching, training, and problem-solving. Additionally, this role assists the Operational Leadership Team with the development, analysis, and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs.
Shift Details:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
What You'll Do:
Oversee kitting activities, including setup and takedown, calendar creation and management, holding teams accountable for ship dates, and management of large kit projects.
Ensure timely, accurate, and secure shipment of all orders.
Lead and support team members with daily tasks, providing guidance and feedback.
Implement 3S lean methods to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Train team members and ensure they have the necessary resources.
Resolve team member concerns and promote a positive work environment.
Manage workflow to maintain productivity and meet deadlines.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
Assist in picking, packing, and shipping as needed.
Support leadership with other daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, checking of time records, and team recognition efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Fulfillment Area Leader.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a production, warehouse, or fulfillment setting.
Bachelor's degree in logistics, operations, business management, or a related field is not required but highly advantageous.
Previous experience with 3S lean methodology.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Positive, "can-do" customer focus and attitude.
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and browser-based systems.
Ability to regularly lift and carry loads of 25 lbs.
