We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our Columbus-based team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
Responsibilities
Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
Present and show properties to potential buyers
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Maintain accurate records of interactions, listings, and transactions
Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitors
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsQualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Valid real estate license in the state of Ohio (or willingness to obtain)
Previous sales or real estate experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficient in basic computer and CRM systems
