Job Description

In this role, the Partnership and Logistics Manager will:

Research and build relationships with donors, including businesses, individuals, and community groups, to solicit in-kind goods and services.

Oversee all in-kind donations, ensuring complete documentation and managing relationships with donors.

Organize and sort donations, ensuring all items meet the high standards of CCSS and Neat Repeats for sale and use.

Coordinate logistics for donation pickups and drops, managing volunteer support and routes for moving merchandise between locations.

Supervise, train, and manage volunteers working in logistics, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.

Monitor inventory levels, prepare items for textile recycling, and manage vehicle operations, including fuel consumption and compliance.

Maintain accurate records and report statistics as required, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Manage all aspects of driver performance and vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

This position is based in Tinley Park. The location offers easy access to surrounding areas, with nearby public transit options and expressways for a convenient commute. Tinley Park is a thriving suburban area that provides both a community feel and proximity to city amenities.

Compensation: $64,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
