Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Technician

Location: Clare, MI

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

What's the Job?

Perform simple and complex assembly of parts according to work orders and prints.

Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners.

Operate hand drills, tools, and rivet machines to assist in assembly operations.

Record all labor and downtime, documenting all information pertaining to each work order.

Maintain safety regulations to ensure a clean, accident-free, and healthy work environment.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

High School diploma or GED required.

Ability to work from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

Strong communication skills to confer with managers and team leaders.

Commitment to quality standards and safety regulations.
