Production Assemblers and Machine Operators - Canton, MO

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Assemblers and Machine Operators to join their team. As a Production Assembler and Machine Operator, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Assemblers and Machine Operators

Location: Canton, MO

Pay Range: $16.10 - $16.60 per hour

What's the Job?

Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.

Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals.

Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and workflows.

What's Needed?

Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Willingness to work 2nd (3:30 PM - 11:30 PM) or 3rd shift (11:30 PM - 7:30 AM).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
