Stable manufacturer looking for Continuous Improvement, OpsExc Engineer to grow with company. This position will get a lot of attention from headquarters.

Areas of focus for you as Continuous Improvement Engineer:

Serve as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Identify and prioritize projects, ensuring a steady pipeline of future opportunities.

Coach and train teams in Lean methodologies to enhance operational excellence.

Conduct CI studies, performing in-depth data and process analyses to uncover improvement areas.

Provide analytical support to assigned departments.

Lead and manage multiple Lean projects successfully.

Collaborate across departments to establish and share best practices.

Deliver impactful projects that yield operational and financial benefits.

Minimum requirements for this Continuous Improvement Engineer:

Bachelors degree in engineering, ideally in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing.

Six Sigma certification is mandatory.

Proven experience with Kaizen processes.

Solid background in the manufacturing industry is required.

Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship no or anytime in the future. Position requires citizenship, green card or permanent resident status.
