About Us:

Pluckers is a 32-unit restaurant chain based in Texas. We plan to continue to aggressively grow in Texas and throughout the United States over the coming years. Three times Pluckers has been named in the Austin Business Journal’s Best Places to Work and we pride ourselves on our company culture. Put simply…. working here is a blast.

We are growing our Facilities Department and on the chase for the next ninja to take rank as Facilities Specialist. The fryers always go down on Friday, parts are tied up in supply chain hell and there’s always that one faucet at that one location that always gets broken. But you know this – you also know that every day is different, adapting to change must come easy, and the challenge of managing multiple priorities simultaneously is exciting. Beyond routine departmental assignments, you also need to effectively collaborate with multiple layers of management, vendors, suppliers, and owners. This position reports to our Facilities Manager, an indisputable industry expert and people-first person with nearly 20 years of experience in the commercial equipment and HVAC service industry. There is also a dotted line report to the VP, Facilities & Construction who has tenured 19 years with Pluckers, growing our concept from 3 locations to 32 locations. Both leaders love teaching and are excited to share their love of the industry with another eager beaver.

We will teach you basics about restaurant operations, how to effectively manage workflows in Corrigo, and techniques to prioritizing tasks and putting out fires. By showing off your Impeccable self-motivation, attention to detail, time-management and organization skills, you’ll help put Pluckers on the map as the standard for managing restaurant facilities.
