Freedom Academy, a K–8 school in North Phoenix, is seeking a transformational leader to serve as Principal and become the face of the school.

This role will shape the lives of students, support and challenge a team of educators, and build lasting partnerships with families and the local community.

Minimum RequirementsExperience as a school leader (principal, assistant principal, or similar role); K–8 experience preferredTrack record of improving school culture and student outcomesStrong knowledge of effective instruction, professional development, and team leadershipArizona Principal Certification (or ability to obtain)Master’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership preferred Why This Role Matters Freedom Academy is more than a school — it is a community that believes in its students and works relentlessly to help them thrive.
