A public-sector agency is seeking a qualified team to develop a comprehensive implementation plan and roadmap for the agency to design, develop, and implement an effective IT Training Program. The ultimate program should be designed to enhance IT staff skills, integrate vendor-led training into broader organizational initiatives, and support change management through effective training strategies. The project team will work closely with agency stakeholders to design processes, tools, templates, and strategic plans that ensure training is standardized, scalable, and continuously improved.
Responsibilities:
Facilitates Discovery and Strategic Planning Sessions with agency stakeholders
Leads Current State Assessment and Future State Analysis Activities
Elicits, Documents, Verifies, and Validates Future State IT Training Program Vision, Goals, Objectives, and Requirements
Develops Strategic Roadmap for the Implementation of an IT Training Program
Develops Budget Estimates for Implementation Phases
Develops Workflow Diagrams, Policies, Organizational Charts, and Standard Operating Procedures for IT Training ProgramRequired Qualifications:
Strong Meeting Facilitation Skillset
Strategic Mindset
Seasoned Consultant with Detailed Knowledge of IT Training Programs
Experience Performing an Assessment of a Public Sector IT Program
Ability to Perform Market Research and Analysis
Ability to Interact with and present to executive leadershipDesired Qualification:
Experience using the ADDIE ModelWork Location:
Primarily remote work with occasional onsite sessions in Middletown, PA.
Must be available for virtual meetings with cameras on during standard ET business hours.
