If so, Enable, Inc. in Bismarck, ND is looking for dedicated individuals like you to join our team as Full Time Direct Support Professionals.Key Responsibilities:

Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household chores

Assist with transportation to appointments, social outings, and community activities

Implement individualized care plans and goals in collaboration with the client and their support team

Promote independence and self-advocacy skills through positive reinforcement and encouragement

Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, behaviors, and any incidents

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure the highest quality of care

Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred but not required

Compassionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliability, flexibility, and patience in working with individuals with diverse needs

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Full Time openings:

Day shift: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm (Occasionally later for training)

2nd shift and every other Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 9 pm

1st and 2nd split shift and every other Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 9 pm
