Job Summary:

Kwik Car Wash is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Car Wash Attendants. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring that every customer receives top-notch service and leaves with a sparkling clean vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with selecting appropriate car wash services.

Guide vehicles onto the wash conveyor system safely and efficiently.

Perform visual inspections of vehicles to identify any pre-existing damages.

Maintain cleanliness of the car wash facility, including vacuum areas and trash receptacles.

Educate customers about our Unlimited Wash Club Program and other promotions.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional manner.

Operate point-of-sale systems for transactions, if required.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
