As a National Accounts Rep, you’ll be responsible for dispatching, managing work orders, tracking customer inspections, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. Your collaboration with the team will be key to maintaining and nurturing each client account.

Requirements:

2+ years of recent call center or office experience

Proficiency in Excel and Outlook

Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing systems is a plus

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
