Regal Staffing Services now hiring a Customer Service Representative in the Duncanville, TX 75116 area.

Shift: Monday - Friday (8am to 5:00pm) Mandatory Overtime when needed

Pay Rate: $20-25/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

Ability to handle customer issues

Take calls from customers and assist them in whatever is needed

Process orders from order entry to completion

Follow status of orders

Keep customers up today on ship dates etc.

Setup new items

Responsible for answering phones, e-mails.

Excellent Communication Skills

Requirements:

Must have M tech and/or encore software experience

Minimum 1-2 years of Office Admin/ Accounting clerk

Experience in Amtech Imaginera / Encore software a PLUS

Experience in customer service in Corrugated Sheet plants or Box plants is preferred

Moderate Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word Knowledge, Office365 suite

Reliable consistent attendance

Must have strong communication skills

Must be able to function well in a fast-paced office setting

Strong attention to detail

Stable work history

Clear background
